It's over. Can't come in here trying to make it different than what it is. Especially to guys who would encourage their own 17 year old sons to do exactly the same thing as Rittenhouse did.
If it were their kids shot trying to stop Rittenhouse, they would gladly accept their loss of life or bicep shot off with the self defence verdict. They would say, my kid shouldn't have tried to stop him. My son was stupid trying to stop Rittenhouse.
