Probably a stupid thought, but in another universe, perhaps we could put forward a resolution that all directors of AAR have our blessing to give themselves a pay rise, SO LONG as they use ALL of their fees each year, both existing and new, to buy AAR shares.
At least then we'd quickly find out if they truly believe in their mantra of 'increasing shareholder wealth'! :)
