I can understand the court considering the welfare of Senegal, after all, it's their resource, but the victim is FAR and surely to be just, that's who they focus on and everything else should be secondary.
It's like saying that the sentencing of a criminal should take into consideration on what's going to happen to his family when he's sentenced to prison.
But I am thinking the same as you, Senegal will get what it wants and that is not WPL. Also France is biased towards Senegal, so 75% is just the beginning.
