Thing I am impressed with the most is not so much the "beautiful monster" of a project we have but Johns unwillingness to dilute shareholders.
He seems very committed to getting us a good funding deal which in itself could be a good share price driver, remove uncertainty pertaining to future dilution, and fund an aggressive exploration via cash-flow.
