It’s pricing in delays, execution risk, and the fact that we’ve heard “significant milestones coming soon” for over a year now. Jill did a solid job, but until gas flows turn into revenue and partnerships turn into binding deals, it’s all potential — not value. The re-rate won’t come from vibes; it’ll come from results.
