The gas up North is JV 469 gas therefore you would need Hancocks permission to export to SE and a gas balancing agreement. On top of that your pipeline would have to run through Hancocks land they recently acquired.
Was the MAC Bank loan not against SE ?? I can't see Hancock giving Mac Bank permission to take a security over 469
The Natta 3D will ingress into SE so here's hoping you have the gas you need for the peaker plant.
