there must be so many other untapped hard coking coal provinces in the world like RIVs, that other big mining companies like RIO have so much joice - not !!
Surely 13 billion tonnes HCC (leaving plenty of room for significant increase, given the 13 BT only accounts for a small percentage of their tennements) is attractive enough to someone else regardless of how much time and money it may still take to bring production on line.
Tata is due to announce whether they intend to persue RIV by 22nd which tomorrow .... lets see what happens.
