I'm making 57cents a share if this goes through and you know what, i'm voting no, something doesn't sit right for me, its in the wording from the company, like we are just going to tap a long through 2017, nothing special, absolute BS. As i said in my last post Hony Capital is looking for deals, there must be others? C'mon Directors employ an Investment Bank to explore all options.
