Mate, the problem is our directors do not want to explore all the options. They kept the price low as long as possible. Imagine, they announced a month ago their profit forecast and two weeks later info about a takeover offer? We would be sitting now at $2.7-3.00 hands down.
From another perspective, if the $2.25 is as bad as many think then it should not take too long for another potential buyer to come forward and challenge this price. Will it happen though?
