I just wonder if there was an expression of interest from a competitor, would management engage in talks or are they just getting a good deal personally from this. Would love to know if there has been other offers or if they are still open to higher offers, after all they should do the best for all shareholders not just lining there pockets. 15 cents after 7 months is very poor, I am voting NO!!!!. Give me a better deal.
