    I am hoping that higher offer is $1.20-1.40. It could be Cimic or programmed maintenance.

    At $1.30 Downer will sell into rival bid and make a quick buyback of their depressed shares.

    Margaret Jacksons holdings are underwater atm.

    I think they were buying up previously at 1.20s and higher.
