However , I think PNA is a long way from being desperate and therefore management should not be using the ASX to value this company.

As we all know I'm sure, that the ASX is heavily biased toward companies that make their profits at home because of the tax advantages.

Therefore detrimental to share holders that own shares in companies that bring in profits from overseas, stupid I know but fact I'm afraid.

And that was always the danger with the management team at SDL that they might become desperate with time however they are on the correct path now I believe.
