The first 2 sentences of your post confirms your understanding of the implications, that being bidding on a yet-to-be-determined outcome. Does that send alarm bells onto the judicial system? I would think that any judge who hasn't been ' bought or rented' would rule in favour of EMR.
Lets see how modern jurisprudence rolls. And if it doesn't roll in our favour do you have enough money to sue? And if not, could a class action law suit be suitable? Let's await the outcome on this 'alleged co-ercion ' .
