On the stock-market there are stocks that are over-valued, there are those that are under-valued. The secret is to find the under-priced ones. Gutnick is a very good marketer. Just because he has gained backing doesn't mean he has a more prospective company.
The point being made is Legend has improved on improved sentiment in the sector. This will flow on, and in fact already has started to. personally if I were to invest in MAK now I would much prefer that they were 1/3rd of Legend's marketcap. It means a larger potential gain.
