Hi SR,
Trust me, in respect to any major shareholder (ie. ones that 'deal' in quantities that can have an affect on the sp to support your short theory), the Directors' would definitely know "who is selling!'' (both now and also in the past) and if/when any of these major's alter their holdings, they must immediately advise the ASX as a matter of ASIC law.
Well that's the way I understand it anyway.
