If they can't pay the final payment then the vendors would get a few options eg take equity (they have shown they don't want that) or flog Dia to someone else and ADO gets back the difference.
Before everyone starts commenting on whether that is a good idea or not - I really don't care - I am just answering the question about closing the doors. The irony is that if they 'default' on the remaining payments they will end up with ADO 'classic' and money in the bank. The SP will probably go up (after the tax loss selling is over).
