Not questioning your post at all - because I respect your knowledge - but I think that Hoffa's concern is the main reason the share price is where it's at. I think ADO 'closing the doors' is a genuine concern of many smaller shareholders. Obviously we don't want to lose ALL our investment...

Due to 'confidentiality' we don't know what the terms of the purchase agreement are. Specifically, what happens in the case of a default?

Perhaps if the company was a little more open (to say the least) shareholders may be a little more relaxed and not panic selling.

Agree that in the case you outlined the irony would be that the share price would probably go up. That would be a factor of a few things. Not least being that finally there would be some certainty. Additionally, looks like Ellume may come off soon, although again, we have no bloody idea how much it's worth lol.
