Oh, come on. You don't need to call someone a liar directly, just ask a question implying that someone might be the one.
People looking for someone to blame should be angry on themselves at a first place for making financial decisions that doesn't fit their investment goals and a risk profile.
But it is much easier to say that someone was paid to up/down-ramp the stock. It is a free forum and everyone free to post here their opinions. If you do believe someone and you make your financial decisions based on what they said don't blame them afterwards - it was your choice and risk you've taken.
