Didn't Eshmun, post a few months back that the Cascavel mine as per several experts opinions will need at least $30m of capital to be in a position of producing a steady state of gold
There has been no quick fix and the money allocated from the March CR towards this imo has been far short of what has been required
IMO, both time and money will be required going forward..
OGX is still in the early stages of production - even after a $12.1m CR and $8m in CN's
