Curious, assuming the info you got is reliable.
The Wikipedia article (which looks informed and authoritative) states: "Because of its higher quality, anthracite is around 2?3 times the cost of regular coal."
Judging by the context, this was the case in mid 2008.
So what's going on?
1. ZYL's anthracite is not of particularly good quality.
2. Price differential has changed markedly in the last 2.5 years.
