    perhaps we are seeing some switching into RIV given the great Kev tax. Bells like RIV and PDN. Their main analyst came out this morning with a $5.50 target for PDN. The same guy picked AOE as a target. The fundamentals for the coal market look good considering the world will build another 500 coal fired power plants into the near future. dyor.
