I decided to bail on this one treasure hunter for 2 reasons.
1. Is new director is really an amateur. I couldn't find out any good info on him
2. Riv deposits are massive and will last hundreds of years. They don't need to expand. Furthermore, there are infra issues in the area and rtl deposits aren't closer to the river or roads than riv s deposits. So at best we might have a huge deposit with significant infra issues next to a monolith that will dwarf it.
Happy to be convinced otherwise
