Not having read your post, I was going to create a new thread, but you beat me.

Here's what 'Herald Sun' online says (to be in print on Thursday 23 March 2023):

"Transport company Rivet Mining Services (RMS), headed by former Toll boss Mark Rowsthorn, has collapsed after being hit by financial difficulties, project delays and other adverse economic factors.

FTI Consulting were appointed receivers and managers of RMS on Wednesday along with holding company Blondie Trading, of which Mr Rowsthorn is the major shareholder.

RMS is a provider of bulk haulage and ancillary onsite services to mining companies in Western Australia and an FTI said the amount owed to creditors was not yet known..."

You'd think this will help EHL, especially since it has a major debt of IIRC A$22 million not paid in Western Australia, presumably by Clough that also went under.
