That's the stumbling block for me too denny. If he had made $5 million then combined with the other evidence I'd have accepted that the court got it right. But here's one of the best traders in Australia and if we accept the view that had specific inside knowledge he stuffs up the surest trade he'll ever get.

Can someone please explain this anomaly because in all I've read on this case (and there's been plenty) no-one has even addressed this point, let alone offered an explanation.
