According to a 7.30 Report interview Kerry Obrien had with I think an ASIC representative on the night he was sentenced, they are of the view that the very fact he did it at all makes him guilty. They consider that he may have had a change of heart later and sold before the news actually came out but that this does not change the fact that he is guilty and must pay. Harsh to say the least.
