whatsoever the judgement made about the inside trading is so minime compare to the real malfunctions of licensed
financial advisors,
corporate doctors
and real corporate doing diligence on the base of letter of intent,
not to mention all the corporate crooks whose been operating for decades under different entities
and nothing has been done about by asic
one thing i can certify, Rene told me long ago, about a certain stock, He said get out, this group made it and you will never see your monney again !
