I might add that therapy is not all that effective with intelligent successful people. These know all the answers and there is little that you can say or tell them that will make a difference. Many brilliant people are actually manic depressive.

Material possessions, knowledge, and notoriety is actually detrimental to their condition as the drivenness to succeed has evaporated once you reach the top.

Just as an illustration, is is quite interesting that more people have died on the way down from Everest, than going up. There is a lesson in there somewhere.
