It's a pity "Dr Death" hasn't floated his "Exit Australia" as a public company -suicide / euthansia will (unfortunately) be one of the growth industries of the decade.
It's a bit like the "Daily Planet" really - you might not agree with the underlying morality but, that said, profitablity looks assured.
All levity aside, I would not like to be in Rivkin's shoes - he does not seem a "happy chappy" at all.
