    The original question Boutross asked what people thought of Rivkin's newsletter. Regardless of your definition of 'being a consumer', that's what has been answered. Personally for me, it has nothing to do with how rich Rivkin is or isn't, for me the whole premise of false market depths (due plainly to Rivkin's recommendations) makes it in my opinion, difficult for most to make money in those situations. I have seen a shares buy depth increase from 1-2 buyers to 500 in one day purely from a rivkin recommendation the day before. I just can't see how even half of the followrers make money investing like that.

    The same problem occurs everywhere that a 'guru' has alot of followers. In my opinion, Rivkin's newsletter is not worth following, there are many other publications which provide much more depth.
