General consensus appears to be negative.
RR's volcabulary,is littered with,"should be,could be,maybe and I feel that...".
I guess common sense must tell us that other than with insider knowledge there are no certainys.
RR looks at the fundementals,the technicals,throws and reads the bones MAYBE has a drink at THE club bar and then makes a calculated guess.
And then, I could be totally wrong.Good luck to you,hope you make a motza.
