If you are a rivkin subscriber call the company and put ABI to them and ask them for their expertise. They are quite good on takeovers.
Tell them about the company listing in Berlin without the companys knowledge (u know what I am talking about). Tell them to read the annoucment and then comment to subscribers whether this is worthwhile holding as a speculative stock.
