A couple of things I'd like to see with Riyo. I think we might see the customer base drive up demand for the business model if JCS make it really simple for customers to use the product, which will then attract vendors to jump on board. The vendor doesn't want the middleware (Riyo) to be cumbersome or limiting with its customer base.

• Integration with a BNPL provider (BNPL is very goods focussed at the moment, but there is no reason why services cannot be covered). JCS doesn't necessarily take any greater risk here, but it does open up the customer base to those who prefer to manage their finances that way over debt/free-cash.
• A really good mobile app, make it as easy as possible for the customer base to be drawn into the business model.
