You could put it to him that his reputation is being questioned on online forums over these claims, as no-one can recall anything other than negativity over CMR from him, and clarification of the issue might help to restore what remains of his tattered reputation....it might be enough to evoke a response from him.

Or one could just regard his commentary for what it is.....worthless banter.
