I should also add that RKN had its remuneration report voted down. This happened to me after buying, so was not in my initial research. Word on the street is that a few of the tops shareholders were unhappy about management cutting the dividend and investing in product development. I am quite happy for management to do this. Perhaps the instos are also unhappy about management not disclosing the SmartVault price. I would love to know their reasons if any are reading. Personally I think they need to invest in development and it is potentially a great opportunity, though this has created some temporary (hopefully) share price pain.
