It seems they were unable to hold shares in the UK entity because of their funds mandate. This resulted in them receiving less value for the document management division than they thought it was worth making them revise their original thesis.
I am interested to see what the results next week will be. Especially interested in Reckon One growth and percentage of Business revenue.
