Excellent post. It is worth noting that brine is much much much more economic than hard rock. This remains true when comparing to the world class projects of Greenbushes (~2% Li2Co3). Therefore, it is highly likely that RLC will be able to match the market value of the likes of Core Exploration and Tawana (30mil and 90mil MC respectively). This could potentially mean 10x returns if a successful drilling campaign is realised. Even more if production is achieved.
Just food for though: GXY Sal de Vida is valued at 1.2B USD according to a NPV at 10% discount. Meanwhile, PLS's Pilgangora Project is valued at ~40% less. Same LCE eqv resource, same discount rate, both world class. But one is brine the other is spodumene. Have a guess which one is which.
A dropping SP is value investor's best friend.
