Starting a thread for technical analysis on RLC.
Holding the neckline of the 1 year trend, 200 EMA sets 1.7c and 20 & 50 EMA are above 2c.
Slowly & gradually it is grinding its frustrating period and long term down trend is coming to an end in 2022.
On a grand scale this stock can move in W patter and see its ATH at the time of IPO provided management truns their 30 million IO resource into production. Lithium is bull sector as well which is under accumulation phase and Gold is returning from ashes after crypto crash.
Here is 1 year trend which is showing that market is respecting the uptrend and also market is respecting a breakaway gap from 1.6. RSI still high in 50 which needs to churn for next couple of months.
This is strong buy on monthly and have a strong potential to deliver 4c in the next three to four months depending on the news flow.
Downside is break below 1.7 which 200 EMA then it gone back under 1c.
