Thanks for your reply. Firstly, I am pleased that the price is beginning to move forward. There’s a lot more buyers than sellers and about 5m shares in the mid 3c range that would represent a good investment for someone wanting to buy on anticipation of the company being cash flow positive in the June quarter.

I think the references to inventory really only amount to timing differences between paying the brand for their stock at wholesale cost X and receiving payables from the Emalls at price Y. Maybe check with the company but I would say the brands still arrange delivery.

My interest in the stock really is about the sudden and substantial growth in revenue. 90% of $4.6m is $4.1m and that doesn’t account for new cash sales so I am expecting a big cash number this quarter. And they’ve said theyll be cash flow positive operationally. So as I said, they’ve laid out the game plan and what's that growth worth?

Also, lets assume they continue this good turnover and growth. You do that and you can annualise those cash inflows. We could be pushing 25 - 35m revenue next financial year. Thats more than the market value of the company. What's a good revenue multiple for a business like this?

I do like the fact that RLG become exclusive sellers of these brands. Thats also valuable if you ask me.
