jkm, it is all explained on ady's website, but I can see you have read that.

I reckon the valuer will put a more realistic prices on ady and RLL (mkt cap wise). But that don't matter. It is only the comparative price that matters in demergers. It will be like splitting the 75c between ADY and RLL and then letting the market decide what the shares are worth. If oil is $200/barrel by then maybe RLL will be seen as a hot stock (as in a new float). So it could rocket. Who knows?
