I understand where you’re coming from; phase 2 is the real prize.
But I disagree on not caring about phase 1. Phase 1 has to deliver in full, first and foremost it needs to generate cash. It needs to pay for itself at least. Also importantly, success will generate investor enthusiasm, which is currently lacking.
