that's a very silly remark to say. it cost the company a lot of money to build and we need to pay the money back. even if you're saying don't care about phase one it's all about phase two there is still at least another 2-3 years before it turns on... which means we are getting dribbles of money what was forecast to us share holders. we MUST get it back online asap especially for what it looks like to new investors in the USA
