My understanding is that in early April authority was granted to Issued 65m shares in a NASDAQ listing.
The ASX rules, apparently require for those shares be issued within 3 months of the authority.
My reckoning is that the 3 months had lapsed on or about 12/7.
For the NASDAQ listing to continue, further authority would be required.
The AGM is at the end of the month. No authority to issue shares has been Sought. Which you could expect if the listing were delayed, but still intended.
Instead we have special resolutions 13,14 and 15
