"Shareholders are advised that ASX Listing Rule 7.3.4 provides that, any authority granted by
shareholders to the Company to issue securities must be utilised by the Company within 3 months
after the date of the General Meeting. To the extent that Renergen does not utilise the Specific
Authority fully within 3 months of the date of the General Meeting, unless otherwise permitted
by the ASX, the Company will be required to re-obtain Shareholder approval in terms of the ASX
Listing Rules in a general meeting in order to issue the balance of the Specific Issue Shares.
