I too believe they have a plan.
I think that It is in the Special Resolutions,
I ask myself, Why else are those resolutions there?
There is mention in the original circular relating to NASDAQ concerning 'related' parties not being involved. It is probably just a standard thing.
However, the Specail Resolutions mention, related and interrelated parties. If those resolutions do read to a listing, conditions have changed.
