I might seem negative in my post regarding the NASDAQ and the special resolutions,
My intention is to understand what is happening from the announcements.
My hunch is that related party trading is frowned upon. Hence specifically eliminated to streamline the initial notice to list.
Also could be the reason that we are being asked to vote to authorise related party trading.
Maybe someone out there can shed some educated light on the 'nicety' of related/interrelated party trading?
