Interesting. Indeed they would fall under the UBS umbrella, so I wonder what's going on there and if we'll see them again.
Regarding the article though, pinch of salt might be in order. No Myer takeover eventuated back then, and they also make an appearance in a few other asx stocks.
That said, it did send me down a rabbit hole: the same SMH article appears on another HC forum for a now delisted copper explorer which has quite the story.
