What if the proven resources on a DFS confirm a 25x Plant? I won’t be bothered along with other shareholders with the offtake agreements coming with that resource.
Very smart play by Renergen.
Mining operations take many years to get up and running and hence many don’t make it.
RLT is at a stage of revenue, 4qtr CY, everything that is produced is sold.
That will continue until Phase11, as an investor I prefer we have some cashflow rather than none whilst proving up reserves and life of project, I suspect it to be huge yet drilling nor reserves have come in yet.
Cryovacc will be further pocket money to the company. They will not be coming to the market anytime soon seeking capital raising, very unfriendly doing that on the JSE.
Do you not like the timeframes or the uncertainty? My email to Mr Marani was poignantly addressed towards CAPEX, he replied appropriately and I am led to believe Renergen are looking at 165m USD plus for a 25x size of plant. Yet until we see proven resource, pissing in the wind.
