Found some info on Phase II v Phase I potential. May not be upto date but a good guide I think:
Phase 1 - planned
350kg helium per day
50 tons of LNG
Phase 2 - potential
5-10 tonnes helium per day (x14 - x28 phase 1)
200-250 tonnes of LNG per day (x4 - x5 phase 1)
