What you and all with your mindset need to get an understanding of is this : There a now household Tech Company that as a start up got to be a $100 million dollar Company in the space of 2 years, I admit in this day an age somewhat slow, however the Board realised that this very same Board were NOT the people to take the Company to a Billion dollar company so got rid of 90% 0f the Board, instilling a new Board they believed could...And today this is a $5 billion dollar company....the art of management is realising the people you have on board can take it to the next level !! So your RED flag is one reason, probably the 1st of many, why I would not not employ you under any circumstances....Business is and will always be "Horses for courses" so ejecting the CFO, in my opinion, was recognised and dealt with...Business is about having the best people that, in your opinion as CEO,will take any Company to the next level !! That to me is the risk and a risk I am happy to take & believe me I have a bucket load more shares than you !!
