As far as I know, all the He vacuum and plumbing problems were determined as sections of the plant were prepared for hand over. As it should be.
Get the LNG, the volatile section running and handed over, which seems to of been done without a major hiccup. Then intro the He seperator and address its problems.
After months of scrutiny, handed over, on line in September.
There seems to be a degree of confidence it is not only going to pay for itself, but, in whatever the time frame is now for NASDAQ listing, also fund a share buy back plan and financial support for share subscribtion.
